This course is designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of piano chords, from basic major chords to advanced seventh chords and beyond. Starting with an introduction to piano fundamentals, including intervals and the C major chord, students will progress through the twelve keys, learning major chords and their inversions.

In this course, students will be introduced to the art of improvisation, starting with foundational concepts such as rhythm, hand positioning, and practice techniques. They will learn to develop their improvisational skills through exploring various scales, including the pentatonic and blues scales, and incorporating rhythmic ideas into their playing.
